Custom 4 to 1 Product Merge System

Wrabacon, Inc. designs and manufactures a wide variety of quality and innovative custom product handling systems. 4 to 1 Product Merge SystemsThis custom 4 to 1 product merge system accepts both bags and wrapped trays of food product at rates of up to 80 ppm. Both bags and trays arrive with a somewhat random pitch. The system aligns the four rows of product, then releases them in sequence on to the merge belt where they are then merged into a single lane using vertical side belts.

This system is ideal for a variety of products at low to medium rates. Wrabacon manufactures a range of merge systems including high speed Servo Merges.
