Bottle Orientation System
This particular bottle orientation system receives square Clinique bottles at the rate of 120 bpm and rotates each bottle, if necessary, until all of the “C” face panels are facing the same direction.

Dorner 2200 Low Profile Conveyor
Extruded aluminum frame with stainless steel bedplate. Belt widths to 24 inches and lengths to 18 feet when equipped with an end drive. Has a V-groove belt and bedplate for improved belt tracking.

Dorner 3200 Cleated Conveyor
Heavy duty aluminum construction for loads up to 400 lbs. Belt widths fro 4 inches to 24 inches wide and conveyor lengths to 40 feet. Cleats available from .24 inches high to 2.36 inches high.

Dorner 3200 Heavy Duty Conveyor
Heavy duty extruded aluminum frame for loads to 1000 lbs. Belt widths from 4 inches and lengths to 48 feet. V- groove belt for improved belt tracking. Two t-lots for mounting of accessories. Optional nose bar construction.

Dorner 7350 AquaGard Stainless Steel Conveyor
All stainless steel welded frame. Conveyor widths from 4 inches to 36 inches wide. Ideal for applications that require light wipe down. Straights and curves available in modular plastic belts.

Dorner 7400 Plastic Belt Sanitary Conveyor
Frame is constructed of continuous TG welded 304 stainless steel. All bearings are stainless steel filled with food grade lubricants. Conveyor is designed for high pressure wash down and chlorinated solutions. Optional tool-less belt lifters and tip up pulley designs allow for ease of daily cleaning.

Dorner 7400 Sanitary Curve Conveyor
All the same features as the Dorner 7400 Sanitary straight conveyor. Belt widths from 8 inches to 36 inches wide. Maximum of 2 curves per conveyor with up to 240 degrees of curves. Degree of curves 15-180 degrees. Full wash down construction with optional tool-less belt lifters and pulleys.

Pick and Place Conveying System
This Product Handling System was custom-designed and constructed for a surgical products manufacturing and distribution company that required its products to be automatically inverted 180 degrees while moving along the existing production line. The system is programmed for a 4-second cycle and the P.L.C. program controls all actions of the two Pick & Place Systems and automatically indexes the conveyor.

2.5 Gallon Plastic Container Case Packer
Wrabacon custom designed this 2.5 plastic bottle case packer to case pack at a rate of 18 containers per minute. Containers measured 8.5” x 7” long x 18” high and weighed 18 lbs. Containers were received single file and were pushed 90 degrees into the pick area. Once two containers were located in the pick area a pick and place module picked the two containers placed them into an erected carton that was located on the bottom conveyor.
